Join us for a day in the mountains — a chance to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the beauty of nature.
Surrounded by the peaceful landscape of the Alps, we’ll slow down and create space to pause, recharge, and enjoy the simple things: fresh mountain air, mindful movement, nourishing food.
We’ll meet at 09:30 AM at the Kaiserlift in Kufstein and begin our journey upwards into the mountains. After the ride, a five-minute walk will take us to a beautiful open-air yoga platform with stunning views across the surrounding peaks.
The flow of the day
Our journey begins on the mat with a 75-minute yoga practice. We will weave together fluid movement, a grounding meditation and Pranayama (breathwork) to bring both mind and body into alignment.
After the yoga we will set out to explore the stunning landscape on a hike. Along the way, we will pause to share a fresh, homemade vegan lunch in the heart of nature—allowing plenty of space to enjoy the stillness, the fresh air, and the company of a small, like-minded group.
As our day comes to a close and we return to the cable car, you are free to ride back down to the valley at your own pace

By joining the event, participants acknowledge that they take part at their own risk and are responsible for their personal health and insurance coverage.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of €33 is required to reserve your place. The remaining €50 is payable in cash upon arrival.

Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: full refund of the €33 deposit.

Cancellations 14 days or less before the event: the €33 deposit is retained.

No-shows: the €33 deposit is retained.

You may transfer your booking to another person at any time by notifying us in advance.

If the event is cancelled by the organizer due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of any payments made or may transfer their booking to a future date.
