ALLOW YOURSELF TO ARRIVE IN YOUR BODY
What to expect from the
thai yoga massage?
In this practice, mindful touch allows us to bring our full presence to the receiving person, turning the massage into a dance of loving kindness. Therefore, you are invited to slow down, be held, and gently arrive in your body.
As you soften into the touch, the body begins to release in its own way and time, allowing things to settle and unfold naturally.
The massage takes place fully clothed, on a comfortable mat on the floor, allowing the body to feel supported and grounded.
I work slowly from your feet up to your head, using mindful pressure on specific energy points and gentle, yoga-like stretches. This helps release tension, open the energy lines (Sen lines), and allow life energy (Prana) to flow freely again.
Each session is an invitation to let your body release what no longer serves you and to allow a deep, natural rest to arise from within.

TAKE YOUR TIME TO INTEGRATE
Herbal tea ceremony
After deep bodywork, the body is open.
The breath is slower.
The nervous system is softer.
This moment is tender.
Instead of rushing back into movement, words, or the outside world, the silent herbal tea ceremony offers a gentle bridge between the massage and everyday life. It allows the experience to settle — not just in the muscles, but in the whole being.
You will be served a herbal tea of your choice, taken in stillness.
What was touched during the massage has time to sink in.
Integration is where healing becomes lasting.
