What to expect from a
business yoga course?
All you need to provide is a suitable room for the class. Participants bring their own yoga mats. During the summer months, sessions can also take place outdoors, for example in a nearby park.
I guide your employees through a yoga class tailored to your company’s needs. Sessions combine mindful movement, conscious breathing and simple meditation practices. Together, we decide on the duration and intensity — from gentle and grounding to more dynamic and energising.
My teaching style is calm and flowing, with movements guided in sync with the breath. I also include moments of stillness and awareness, allowing participants to pause, reset and reconnect — even within a busy workday. No prior yoga experience is required.
